Welcome to ClaroPro ("ClaroPro," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Refugio IO, Inc. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ClaroPro platform, iOS application, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All content, software, and materials ("Content") within the Services are owned by Refugio IO, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. ClaroPro and ClaroWeb are trademarks of Refugio IO, Inc.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services ("User Data"). By using the Services, you grant ClaroPro a limited license to process and use your User Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
AI-generated outputs — including voice-dictated invoices and translations — are provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before sending them to customers or relying on them for business decisions.
ClaroPro offers the following plans:
Subscription fees are billed monthly as agreed at signup. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change with prior notice. Non-payment may result in downgrade or suspension of your account.
Payments collected through ClaroPro are processed by Finix Payments, Inc. and its partner banks. Merchant verification and a Payment Processing Agreement are required to activate payment collection. You authorize ClaroPro to debit your linked bank account for applicable fees, refunds, chargebacks, and returned transfers.
The following fees apply based on your plan at the time of each transaction:

Card processing rates include both the card network fee and the ClaroPro platform fee. Fees are subject to change with advance notice. The $0.30 per-transaction fee applies to card payments only.
The Services may integrate with third-party tools, payment processors, identity verification providers, and infrastructure providers. ClaroPro is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CLAROPRO MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFUGIO IO, INC. AND CLAROPRO ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to ClaroPro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Refugio IO, Inc., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
ClaroPro may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
